General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
- Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationships between Fragrantika, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website of [Site Name], hereinafter referred to as "the Customer." These conditions prevail over any other general terms of purchase or any other document issued by the Customer.
- Products and Prices
2.1. Products The Seller undertakes to describe the products offered for sale on the website with the utmost accuracy. However, minor variations may exist between the delivered products and the visual representations on the site.
2.2. Prices Product prices are indicated in Euros (€). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time while guaranteeing the Customer the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders
3.1. Order Process The order process includes product selection, basket verification, Customer identification, order validation, and payment.
3.2. Order Confirmation The Customer will receive an order confirmation by email, including a summary of the ordered products, delivery fees, and the total order amount.
- Payment
Payments are made online using [accepted payment method]. The Seller does not store Customer payment information, which is processed securely by our payment partner.
- Delivery
5.1. Delivery Times Delivery times are estimated. The Seller strives to meet these times, but any delay does not entitle the Customer to damages.

- Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receiving the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Products are covered by legal guarantees. The Customer must notify any claims to the Seller within 30 days of receiving the products.
- Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.

- Disputes and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the Seller's registered office location. These GTCS are subject to French law.
